The first hand is a definite call imo. He's playing a TAG style and therefore the only hand we have to be worried about which can call your PF raise is pocket 10s (maybe pocket 3's if hes set-mining). Hands such as JJ-KK as well as maybe A-10will be making this play as well which you crush. Call, if he has 10's start praying for that river ace.

The second hand is trickier, and i often get these wrong so i expect to get slammed for my advice but i think you might have to fold. A better line may have been to bet 1/2 - 2/3 the pot, if he raises you can still get out and a good chunk of time they'll fold. However as said earlier this is a hand i also have alot of trouble with so ill be seeing what mroe experianced players say.
