I think you are missing out on value and also losing initiative in this hand by flatting his 3bet preflop OOP.

As played I would try to get it in on the flop. A.10 and 10's are the 2 hands I see you beat with most often, but if played right I think you could get AQ's, AJ's, possible flush draws or other hands in (KK-JJ's? a few combos - no yes?). Disclaimer: I may be giving too much weight to the AJ's and couple draws that would be played this way/would actually come along if they were 3bet on this board.
