$10 NL HE Full Ring: 3bet pot multi way

BB is 26\10\3- losing reg
UTG is 14\10\3- winning reg

nothing special to say about either that has stood out.
considering that losing reg called, winning reg's range for calling is pretty much the same range for raising UTG probably especially considering that he is pretty tight to begin with.
I am obviously leaning towards a fold, wanted to hear your thoughts though.

Fold to 3-bet stats on UTG plz. Also fold to c-bet in 3-bet pots would be nice as well.

This spot SSSUUUUUCCCCKKKKKSSSSS. A fold seems like the easy choice, but you're getting like 2.4:1, and I'd think he'd 4-bet with QQ+...

Also, you can consider flatting this preflop, since he's a FR player opening UTG, so his range is gonna be pretty tough here.
