As i see, utg has no autorebuy option, so it looks like your opp weak regularr or just a fish with bad fold-to-3bet. So if he has pfr 24, so 24*0,6=14,4%. Let's watch pokerStove: 14,4% = {77+, A7s+, K9s+, QTs+, JTs, ATo+, KJo+, QJo} and on the flop your equity is 75%, so it's easy push from your side.
