Pre-flop I would simply fold to 4-bet. The reason is that the opener has a very strong position from UTG. So if we are not sure that we can knock out a QQ by 5-betting jam, I suggest looking for a better place to call 4-bet.
As villain played on the flop, I would recommend folding on this flop texture as well. With his small bet he is telling you that he is not afraid of a flush draw, which implies that there is no fold equity in his range when you decide to bluff in this spot. (possibly and as it turned out, the he had the Ah).
The turn does not affect the ranges. Rather favor rank V over yours. Because now it decreases the probability that you have 4-bet preflop with a hand that has a Jack.
The river is interesting because now it increases the possibility that V has made you 4-bet with a hand like QQ. In fact you are blocking half of all AA and KK combos. So at this point UTG's range is super strong, while yours is very weak. That is why the V bets so small. Again there is almost no fold equity, so I suggest fold here, if we didn't do it before.
Greetings.

It is a difficult situation when you think that AK is often counted as a very strong hand. But in the end there are only 2 high cards that can be beaten by any pair. I would have probably already folded preflop and certainly not called everything that came after the flop. Because I didn't hit anything and every pair would have hit me.
