MP: $11.25 (113 bb)
CO (Hero): $10.70 (107 bb)
BU: $28.48 (285 bb)
SB: $12.00 (120 bb)
BB: $29.85 (299 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.15) Hero is CO with 9 9
2 players fold, Hero raises to $0.25, 1 fold, SB 3-bets to $1.10, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.85

Flop: ($2.30) 2 3 7 (2 players)
SB bets $0.70, Hero calls $0.70

Turn: ($3.70) 4 (2 players)
SB bets $1.76, Hero calls $1.76

River: ($7.22) 7 (2 players)
SB bets $8.44 (all-in), CO (Hero) folds

Unfortunately, I have no information about the opponent.

Can we already fold on the turn?

River should then be a fold I think.
Here I only hit bluffs in his hand range with AKo/AKs.

Here you should know that V has a wider than normal range from SB.
The reason for this is that your opening range should be wider from CO.
The flop is pretty dry, so a standard V would expect you to fold on a lot of flops like this, which don't have much of an impact on the table, so he doesn't need to make a big size bet to achieve this goal.
The turn doesn't change much. However it is obvious that your range seems wider. You have not made any offensive and V's bet size does not convince me, since if there is no danger why does V not look for more polarization in this texture?
This question comes to me because your rank shouldn't have AA and KK, which means we also unlock bluffs for rank V.
The river definitely looks to me like a desperate attempt by the SB to get you to fold your made hand.
Of course V could also have a premium hand, but most of the time we should walk away from this pot with a smaller size when V has a range advantage.
There is no need to disguise a big hand with an overbet when our range looks weaker.
Greetings.
