BB checks, Hero bets $5, BB raises to $10, Hero?

What's our line here? We have $8.80 left behind after our turn bet and villian check min-raises for $5 more. He's got $0.80 left behind after his raise. Are we committed enough to shove this hand? Is folding the best move or a mistake?

Also, another interesting thing to consider, what if the stack sizes were just 100bbs deep? In other words, if we both have $10 stacks, is this pretty much a hand we're getting it in with after the flop? I have a hard time determining when we are pot committed to a hand or not. Thoughts appreciated.

Bleh. This spot is so dumb, and villain thinks he has the nuts here. However, the question is "does he think crap like AJ/QQ is the nuts?". I'm inclined to think so, and with only $5.80 more to pay, I just ship it in. Don't make big folds at 10$NL.
