$10 NL HE 6-max: Do we bet this river for value?

Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 65/4/0.6

The villain here is pretty stationy, just want to know what you opinions are of a river value bet here.

If yes, how much? If no, why not?

V-bet is a little thin. I'd rather bet the turn, cuz there's tons of draws in his range that you can't get value from on the river. If he's got A2/A5/whatever the hell stations have, he's probably not calling a $1 river bet. I guess you could bet like $1.25 on the river, but there's just more value to be had on the turn.

Turn the T into a 3, and I think a 2nd barrel is pretty mandatory.

I don't see you getting called by anything you beat on the river but I agree with C9 that I probably bet the turn even though he certainly could have a random T in his huge range. I check the river.
