Clearly a short stack strategy can be a winning strategy but short stacking and getting it quickly is really for players wanting to reduce variance who tend to be less skilled postflop.

I use my winning strategy and I think only 15 days or less of 300 days in bovada , I lose money, all other days I am winning, and over all I am a winning player.
bring not default 100BB to table looks better?

PS: these are all Cash table winning within the recent 15 days I played, all win. there is one using points to buy a MTT win 22 bux, as in Bovada I play cash table only.

As it's a 3bet pot he was probably expecting you to bet the flop and was looking to check raise. After the turn card brings 4 to a straight perhaps he's just happy to check call. When the straight arrives and you bet he probably realises you had AK which is why you checked flop and turn. He actually made a good fold on the end.
You are right it's an odd hand but explainable if he was looking to CR.

I'd say this ^ is spot on.
