You can probably 3-bet slightly bigger pre-flop. The rest of the hand looks fine, I bet the river though.

I'm with tenbob here. 3-bet larger to around $0.8-$1.00.

Betting the river could be opponent dependent, but unless villain is particularly laggy, just shove the river.
