I used to call spots like this as “the leveling wars”. These spots where: BU x SB x BB and vice-versa are spots where ranges can be preposterously large, i.e, BU can open even 50% range, strictu sensu.
Having no information about villain we assume it doesn’t own information about us as well, so we can 3-bet here from time to time 5-15% of times, to try to steal the blinds fast.
Calling is also standard.
The flop is good to us and we are almost always betting, planning to continue barreling into almost any turn, specially another suit of spades.
I think this ace on the turn is good to continue betting for now our equity for a flush draw dropped down by half.
On the river we have air and villain comes, so the best is to fold. However, if we have information that SB is a decent player, and we had made a double barrel flop-turn, we could raise our missed draws here expecting to get tons of folds from SB.
But as played, we checked turn (which our top pairs, two pairs and sets wouldn’t do) and have no information about villain so, nice hand.

In a blind duel the ranges tend to get very wide, so your defense from the BB is reasonable, although it should be the lower part of your calling range. You should never call if you have 47o for instance.
Your flop bet is a bit big in size in my opinion. Here you could pick an exploit line and print big sizes if the flop came with 3 spades, while you holding 47 of spades. The reason is that V could have any spades card and therefore his fold equity range is reduced when the board has multiple draws.
Turn and river is played more passive and is understandable. Next time you could bet more little OTF or even check with your full range, looking that the texture of the board to help a little more.
Greetings.

I prefer barreling the turn, all your KQ got there and its double flush so your made hands want to bet, so you need to find some bluffs. I think most Tx and weaker draws.will just fold. Even weaker Jx might fold depending on your size.
