It most likely would, because in order to log in/play you would only have to be within the state, not an actual resident. Given the traffic to Vegas every year, then putting online poker hubs in rooms, hotels, casinos
, etc. I would say that Nevada would have a sizeable gaming population ( in U.S. Terms obv, not compared to ROW)
Your forgetting the state's don't care about big player pools, good games, traffic, there in it for money. The fish will play regardless, just the big grinders won't be around because they will either
A. Play live
B. Leave the Country
It won't be possible to load 12+ 50nl tables on a site with no traffic.
