Hello! Use a program with which you will be comfortable, because these programs have statistics about players, each of which has a trial version within 30 days, try which one you like. I use HM, I liked it! Good luck!

PT4 is probably the best HUD available for Mac. PT4 includes a lifetime license key (one-time purchase), which means you can install on as many computers (Windows or Mac) as you want (important if you switch machines in the future).
There is also iHoldem Indicator which is simpler (only gives basic stats) and includes built in odds calculator (maybe better for beginner). However, you only get one license key per machine and it costs almost same as PT4.
If you plan to play poker long-term, I would personally choose PT4. They both have a trial period so you can try both and compare.

If you want to widen your options, i suggest getting a windows emulator so you can run windows based HUDs.
