Well, it depends of how much money do you want to invest and how good are you in poker. If you are good, than cash games. Good luck
What if he is not good?
Then you lose money till you learn and improve before you start winning
how much do you have to work with?

If no Deposit, freerolls. And with a Deposit, then most likely the cache.

Or: "Then I invite You to my table"
Freerolls or mtt with repurchases are good because with little registration money you can have great prizes
Play the big 1.10, bounty builder 1.10 and hot 1.10 for a week and see how you do
you must have 20x the value of the tournament that you play to be calm and able to move in the game I usually play the tournament in which I have in the minino 5x you see the value of it so that your box never runs out of money
The best freerolls to build a bankroll, these are the ones that cardschat holds. Others which little can compete there.
I will try the hot 1,1 this week
Bankroll flashing from $20-$60 - 90-man SnG (25c). Fairly deep payout structure, slow pace (15 min levels), soft fields. (= ridiculously low variance and rock solid ROI)
BR $60-$100
Spend 66% of the time playing 25c 90-man
The remaining time, spend playing $1 180-man SnG and 55c The Bigs.
BR $100-180
Your bread and butter is $1 180-man SnG, and cash games NLHE2, 55c the Bigs, giving shots to $ 1.1 the Bigs and 55c the Hots on weekends (specially sundays). Once you hit 160 mark, you can add $1 or less turbos and 50c or less hyper turbos, and from there, you have experience with MTTs, Cash Games, SnGs... you should start building your own br strategy with the game type you play more comfortably.
I don't advocate cash games on lower levels. The field is not that beatable by +15 bb/100 anymore and rake is outrageously high.
If you have less than 20 dollars, save that money, keep playing freerolls. If you want to be aggressive with that sort of BR and make shots with that, do the Big 55c or $1.1 dollars on sundays. Those are the only ones that are worth the risk of losing your br because once you make the final table, you become instantly bankrolled for way way way higher tiers than that.
I'd also consider changing platform. I love the Party Poker's satellite structure and the lower levels MTTs field (my game choice) are ridiculously soft. I spent 5 months playing 0.22, 0.55 and 1.10 6-max MTTs (200bb initial stack, 8min per blind level), with over 2k tournaments tracked with over 50% ROI (would be even higher if pokertracker tracked final table deals on party poker) on every level. Soft as ****. Softer than 35c 90-man snG.
For Brazilian Players, theres daily giveaway worth 1c that award the places 10-4 with a $ 5.5 MTT ticket, places 2 and 3 with a $22 MTT ticket and first place with a $109 mtt ticket. You can make shots at the highest stakes tournaments with very little money spent. Unfortunately I've sucked hard on anything from 5.5 dollars and beyond, but i dont have time anymore to go to the lab, study my stats and figure whats happening. Maybe im just outclassed, maybe the field is just tougher and i need to adjust my strategy from there, maybe its just variance (much lower volume, I probably break even the 5.5s with FT result)
Cardschat Freeroll is the good choice
To begin with, I advise playing SNG tournaments with buy-in 0.50$, where participate 45 people. In the future, as you gain experience, decide what is best for you. As an option, I also advise you to try playing cash games 0.01/0.02 $.
If you don´t have any experiencie and no have any bank for sure play freerolls. With a bank like 100 and some experiencie the best MTT is $1.10 any of the Big, Hot or Bounty Buildiers. If don´t have much time to play then play SNG same $1 of 45 or 90 players.

CNG 25 cents resembles our freeroll kardchat, micro level, though the prizes are not great, but spending little.
Which formats do you guys think it is best to build a bankroll?
