Take a step away from the session. Remove those emotions from your game.
Take a step back and go over the hands from the session where you were tilting.

Best way to act when you could easily tilt, is to stay calm and deal with it right there when it happens. Just remember that odds are just a suggestion not the truth. You can lose multiple times with AA and KK to weaker hand. Just move on and stay calm.
