Plenty of money for those games. The big thing about small stakes is escaping the rake suck that cuts significantly into your win rate, and that doesn't happen until after $50NL or so.
My experience suggests that starting out with sit and goes, exercising discipline and avoiding high variance situations nearly always all but guarantees you top 5 in a sit and go. The edge is going to be huge as well in lower stakes sit and goes because 20%+ of the field is completely clueless or will shove all-in early with anything decent (only being called by better or by a very bad player with worse).
So you have the bankroll for cash games, and that's cool, but if you want to move up quicker with that small amount of money, I suggest sit and goes, building your bankroll up high enough to get the full amount of a deposit bonus from another poker client, going there, rinsing and repeating.
