Recent cash outs at Merge

After Merge stopped player to player transfers, I got nervous. So I requested checks from Carbon and Hero. I was shocked when the Carbon check got here in 3 and 1/2 weeks. Just got the check from Hero, took the normal 6 weeks. Just thought I'd let Y'all know.

Oh I remember years back when you could get a cashout in 3-5 days... Sad that now we think 3 1/2 weeks is quick but for merge that is a GREAT IMPROVEMENT!!! LOL

I have too much money on some Merge sites. (too much for the DOJ to take) I should request withdraws too.

not the best time to have funds on merge. checks are taking up to 2 months. if you play for a living, this isn't the site to play on. max withdrawl is $2k per month. also there are rumors blackchip wants out of the merge network.

Got paid two days short of one month on Hero.
Almost have enough for a withdraw on BlackChip, wonder where they would head if they left Merge.
It bites doing withdraws, but I am not going to get caught in the pokerstars/FTP type of situation again. That will probably mean no buyins over $11 for me. And if a roll hits $500, it comes out.

I put in for a WD on BCP on Nov.1st (& on Carbon the same day). Both were cancelled but only BCP actually informed me of it.
On Nov.13th I attempted a WD on both sites again. BCP went through to 'pending' but Carbon had removed 'skrill' as a WD option for me. I wrote to Carbon but did not receive a response until today (23rd, 11 days later). I had asked them why the 'Skrill' option is not available to me & to please add it to my account.
Here is their response :

Unfortunately the withdrawals options are added automatically by the system and it will depend of your location, your deposits, your wagers, etc. We do not add options for withdrawal to the customers’ accounts. Right now the option for withdrawal on your account is CHECK/GIFT CARD, and the time frame is for 6-8 weeks.
The Skrill option that you have in your account is for deposit, you can login on your account and click on deposits tab, you will see the Skrill option.

No mention of why Skrill is no longer a withdrawl option for me???
I sent Carbon a lengthy email in response to their reply, going into details regarding my previous deposits using Skrill & previous withdrawls also (along with my most recent failed one.. w/o them even giving me notice about it). fwiw I've had an account on Carbon since Jan. 2008
I asked them again, "why is Skrill no longer listed as a withdrawl option on my account?"

They sent me back the EXACT same email as the one above (but from a different support worker). Which has me believing they're not even reading my emails & are just sending me the generic response email.
Not impressed. Completely losing my confidence with Carbon
　
I then went to check on my BCP withdrawl & my transaction from Nov.13th is still pending??? (12 days later!).
　
For those who are not familiar with WD's using Skrill, it typically takes anywhere from 24 to 72hrs.

really BCP wanna leave Merge?
Never have trouble on Merge sites for withdrawal, BCP, Carbon, Nordica...very fast, max 48 hs (Nordica), usually less than 1 hour in BCP and Carbon

For those who are not familiar with WD's using Skrill, it typically takes anywhere from 24 to 72hrs.

You are correct, actually Moneybookers / Skrill and neteller take up to 48 hours to receive the money, I've done withdrawn Merge using both methods, and the two are still active here for me, both for deposits and for withdrawals.

In this month of November changed the limits for deposit (minimum $ 20.00) and withdrawals (minimum $ 50.00) no fees ...

One more thing ... in my last withdrawal at Carbon Poker, the withdrawal was actually pending for several days, more than usual, i sent an e-mail to support asking for explanations and they responded that Carbon Poker was having a great demand for deposits and withdrawals, why the delay in approval ... but i got the money normally despite the delay

bit ironic that depositing/withdrawing is a bigger gamble than the actual playing of poker these days.

I've gotten paid by Carbon, took longer than I'd like (well duh) but it got here eventually

I think this thread is talking about the current situation on these sites.
Poker Nordica was closed down on April 1, 2012 so I cannot see how that has any relevance to this thread.

What method of withdrawal do you use on a merge poker site that will go through in 1 hour? My Mom's boyfriend uses Moneybookers and has told me that I need to expect to wait about two or three days but on the first time I can expect it to be longer than that maybe even a week.

Received another email from Carbon, more ridiculous than the other ones.
It's very clear that Carbon's support staff are failing to read my emails & instead are opting to send me generic responses. The last one was informing me on how to set up a Moneybookers account, along with informing me that I'd be needing to send in verification documents prior to making a withdrawal.

My last email sent to them showed prior Deposits & WD's, along with verification numbers. They respond by telling me how to set up a Moneybookers account. Very incompetent.

You were certainly fortunate. As mentioned earlier by me in this thread, I did the very same thing > put in for withdrawals from Carbon & BCP on Nov.1st. and still have received nothing but a bunch of ridiculous emails from support.

One on Nov.26 that had obviously not read my emails as they didn't address my questions (again). Instead they informed me that I would have to make my first deposit using Skrill before I'd be able to withdrawal any money via Skrill (my email they were responding to had all dates of all deposits & withdrawal transactions I've made on Carbon along with reference numbers for each... they completely disregarded all of it... or maybe didn't even read it??).

So I sent them another email:

I'm not making a new Skrill account so why are you sending me an email that says "it will also be necessary to make a deposit using your new Skrill account before you can withdraw"
I have an existing Skrill account and I have made deposits with it already on Carbon (xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx ) < deposit transaction dates & reference numbers.
I've also previously done withdrawls from Carbon (xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx ) < withdrawal transaction dates & reference numbers.
I recently made another Deposit via Skrill on Oct.25/2012 (xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx )
Please respond to what I have written (in this email & previous emails) or forward my email to someone who is able to. I would prefer getting NO response over the inaccurate ones I've been receiving. This is unacceptable

Gee... perhaps that's because they haven't let me??? (not for lack of trying on my part).

So after not responding to me at first and then after sending me a handful of ridiculous emails that were obviously generic responses not addressing any of my questions, & now finally mentioning 'due to update on the cashier' they don't have records they are now asking me to deposit AGAIN and then to go through their verification process AGAIN and then I'll have the Skrill WD feature added to my account.
I'm losing confidence in them when I see how poorly support is being handled. I will likely make a minimum deposit and go through the b.s. process again (I don't have a scanner here hooked up to my computer so it'll be a couple hours out of my day (again)) but I am not feeling good about it at all & am obviously only doing so in order to get most of my money off their site. (I don't need much on their anyways... I don't play a whole lot on that site).
Maybe if they delay me long enough I can just spew it off in Maximus Series? Would be nice to know I could actually withdrawal anything if I do happen to donk it up in one of them

if you go on that other poker forum..then there is a rep on one of the threads in regards to carbon poker who might be able to give you a better answer. Not sure where abouts, I saw it a few weeks ago.

As for carbon...I noticed all the recent changes, one being "$minimum $50 withdrawal" < < Not an issue really but it used to be $10..

Anyway, I had/have monies on, only a small amount from freerolls >$40 which I'm unable to withdraw but hey ho..hopefully things will change although I'm concerned about them and woulden't deposit there again i dont think,

also pathetic that they are actually making people send out ID AGAIN because they update their system and now have "no records"

So lets just clarify, where are our ID records? Are they floating around in cyber space?Where's ID protection if they can just "lose" or "no longer have" our personal data? I might send them an email now they said that to you, what bollocks.

Hearing on the internetzz that nobody is receiving BCP cashouts I send them an email yesterday asking them what is up (it's now been 16days!).
Here's their response:
Thank you for contacting us.

After reviewing into your account I realized that you have requested cash out on November 13th. 2012 for the amount of $xxxx.xx via Skrill. Your cash out request is processing now.
Funds will be credited approximately 1-2 (business days) from the time you submit them.
So, it is still on the time frame.

We are always here to help you
Ok so he is 'reviewing into' my account LOL.
tells me my funds will be credited in approx. 1-2 "BUSINESS DAYS"
and then states "So it is still on the time frame"
Do they only work 2 days per month in whatever country they're sending me this from? Maybe it really is only 2 business days for them? Until I realized that I was a bit confused because he even stated that I've been waiting since Nov.13th.

I really hope they're compensating these support folks generously. The work they do for us is just fantastic.
I wonder what the pre-requisites are for that job? (must know that 3-of-a-kind does indeed beat 2 pair; must have a min. Grade2 level of English language; be very skilled in matching up generic response emails with the emails sent in to support (< some experience in 'Go Fish' comes in handy for this one) ).

Last month i requested a withdraw and a received it 22 days later!!!

Im getting close to 3 weeks and Im still in pending so who knows.
