Does Netellet Card Net+ still work for South America

It was supposed that neteller stopped to send Debit Cards to South America about since 2 years ago. I have a card that expires in JAN19 and today i received a message that my card is going to expire and showed a link to renew it, i clicked on that it showed the message that appears in image below:

I don't think it would but only way to know for sure is to try it.

Mine worked for like 3 weeks after they said it wouldn't. That was 2+ years ago though.

and finally i received a new Net+ Card, so Neteller is still useful for me
