I think calling in this situation on the flop is a mistake. Villain bet nearly half pot here and at best you have a low gut shot straight draw, which has worse odds than what the Villain is giving you here. I would’ve folded after the flop. Also, think of your opponent’s range. He raised 2.5x BB from MP+1 so probably has A10 or better. Hitting top pair on a dry board is completely within his range and that combined with the bet on the flop means that you’re drastically behind.

I also don’t recommend chasing straights especially gut shots (as someone who is still trying to fix that habit). The price of half a pot just isn’t worth it.

Preflop, i prefer a fold here. You don't close the action and you're OOP. You're in a bad spot if BB finds a hand.

Post flop, I think calling the bet is fine. It's a pretty dry board, you do have the gutshot and a back door flush they could could potentially get paid off on if you hit. Folding is fine, too.

Turn, just call the bet. You pick up extra equity on the turn with the flush draw and you're getting better than 4:1 to see the river. Jamming turn is only getting called by better hands and there are a lot of Qx/Jx hands that are in villain's opening range.

I don't think the semi-bluff is terrible and you might get hands like 99 to fold on the turn but if you're going to semi-bluff, don't leave any chips behind. If you're going to call a 4bet jam (because you're committed after a 3), just get it in pre. You lose FE by leaving money behind.
