Hello everyone.
So, I've been playing quite regularly those $0.25 45p SnGs, and there are some spots where I'm still not sure how to act.

So first, this hand:

#1:

PokerStars - Hold'em Tournament - $10/20 Blinds - 8 Players
Hand Converter from Pokerhand.org

Libertguga (MP2): $1,494
vilmar358 (CO): $1,821
leobhl (BTN): $2,715
gramma jacq (SB): $1,494
Thiagoomd (BB): $1,494
peixe1103 (UTG): $1,494
Leovip1000 (UTG+1): $1,494
vvali7878 (MP1): $1,494

Pre-flop: Dealt to Thiagoomd Qh Ks
(1 folds), Leovip1000 calls $20, (3 folds), leobhl raises to $150, gramma jacq calls $140, Thiagoomd calls $130, Leovip1000 calls $130

Flop: ($624) 6h Ac 4c (4 Players)
gramma jacq checks, Thiagoomd checks, Leovip1000 checks, leobhl bets $312, (3 folds), leobhl returns $312
leobhl wins $624

- The question is:

It was the third hand of the tourney, so I had no info about the other players yet.
UTG+1 limps, BTN raises for 7.5BBs and SB calls. I decided to call with the KQo.
Should I fold, 3bet or simply call as I did?

Here, should I flat this? I had 3:1 odds and there's still the big blind to play. If the BB folds, I'd have a nice shot (~40%) against a very tight range that he might be playing. If BB enters pot, it would be very close (~20-25%) of winning. In the long run, should I save those chips?

Should I C-bet this flop? The guy was quite aggressive because of his stack size, I made him a 3bet and he called.
Jack is definitely on his range.

Should I call his shove? It was a 9BB shove from the UTG+1. I would pay 1/4 of my stack.

With that hand, should I just call or 3 or 4bet him to defend the blinds? I called and had to give up after the flop cause I hit nothing.

Re-raise all in here or just flat as I did? I'm more inclined to say that shoving here would be better, since my stack is 7k and his 2.2k.

He checked the flop, should I c-bet here? Since he was the first raiser, I could put some A10, AJ, KJ on his range, since he called my 3bet. Since he jammed turn I had to drop.

Should I open here? Since I'm the chip leader of the table (12.5k), only 1 villain has a similar stack (9k) and all others are <3.5k
Idk, sometimes I feel i'm not being aggressive enough as the chip leader.

This was the key play of the tourney. The bubble had just ended and I got folded until myself at the btn. K10o, a reasonable hand and I choose to jam instead of raising cause I didn't want to put myself into trouble with a 3bet or a call and a bad flop.

At this spot, with that hand, is it better to just do a normal raise or to jam as I did? With the jam I think he considered folding his A9s, which I doubt he would if I had just min raised there.

1. Given the size of his raise, I just fold preflop. We'll be OOP with a hand that could easily be dominated. This early, tight is right, especially when you don't have position.

2. Early/mid position open, and we'd be OOP. Just fold. We'd be playing it as a speculative hand rather than TPNK, and that's just not profitable with a 17BB stack.

3. I c-bet this flop, yes. Did he have a tendency to play back postflop? Because then, just giving up is fine too.

4. Nah, wait for a better spot. Against a decent 9BB shoving range (22+,A8s+,A5s,ATo+,K9s+,KQo,Q9s+,J9s+,T9s), we're a 42% underdog.
I could maybe see a call if this was a knockout tournament.

5. I think a 3-bet is the better option if you want to play this. Then again, do you want to do this vs someone that has you covered? Either 3-bet or fold, imo. Calling is the weakest option.

6. Same as the previous hand: either 3-bet or fold, imo. Since we have him covered, and since he was reluctant to just open-shove with 11BB, I think a 3-bet shove gets him to fold.

7. How tight was he? If UTG opens, then AQo has a good chance of being dominated. I can see a preflop fold here, a mere flatcall, or a 3-bet. Depends on his range.
If he's reasonably tight, then everything he has beats you on that flop, and he's not folding any of it. Get out immediately.

8. I'm not playing that from there, so good fold. Get us one position closer to the button and it's a 'maybe' (which translates as 'probably' since we're the chip leader). From the hijack on? Definitely.

9. With only 11BB, this is a shove. A normal raise will give you lots of trouble if you get called or raised. Giving up then will leave you with a crippled stack. Shove or fold, I say.

At #3... He had a VPIP of around 65% and PFR ~25%, so he really could be playing anything at all. He limps a lot, so I would say he's playing with a hand with at least a face on it (Ax, Kx, Qx or Jx). After my re-raise he didn't shove, so I take most of premium hands out of his range (AJ+, QK, JJ-), pre flop my hand is probably better than his (there's a tiny posibility that he had AA, KK or QQ, cause I've seen them flat this a lot, but I would say if he really had it, he would probably LIMP the preflop instead of a initial raise).

Later on the tourney I made a note to NEVER EVER bluff him, since he went all the way betting/calling with third pair with low kicker until showdown, but at the point of the hand I still didn't had this note.

I'd say it was probably the best play to fold it, cause he would pay any raise even if he had hit just the 3 on the flop.

___
At #6, yeah, I agree, reviewing it I thought it was one of the worst plays I've made, just had to shove or fold

___
#9, ye, I do think it was the right play, to shove instead of folding/raising. If I had won the coinflip I'd probably secure a top 3 spot, but unfortunately he woke up with A9s and the dream was over :p

Thank you sir on the analysis, it was very very useful!
