use jj as a mid pair is the best way to play them just go for trips and a over pair then raise. This will save you lots of money

you played em perfect 666...not much you can do with the 2 most dangerous overcards to your pair. Sometimes if my opponent is aggressive enough (and makes alot of bluffs) then I'll raise that flop, but if I get a call or reraise, I'm check-fold or just plain mucking. Well played.

You played it fine except for not raising enough pre-flop. The overcards on the flop mean you're best off laying this one down. Not sure what I'd have done if it was checked to me... bet I suppose, then check / fold it down if called.

Reraise more preflop.

ah...didnt notice that originally.

You only re-minraised, giving him a very good 4.33:1 odds on his money, and he should be calling with any two cards here. You'll also be out of position after the flop, and should raise more in case of nasty flops like this one dropping. I think had you raised it to ~$6, you'd be giving him much worse odds, and he'll probably fold an A9 or KQ here if you put out a big C-bet.

Pocket J's, fold immediately, if you start to get the urge to play this hand fold out of turn before it's too late.:D

I think you played both hands like most players would.
