How do i protect myself from this happening on a consistent basis. I almost always lose Huge pots when people chase their draws.

He was drawing to an Inside straight and of course it got there. Is there any way to protect myself from losing so much money when i know they are on a draw, or should I try to keep the pressure on to extract more value when they miss it?
