$4 NL HE Full Ring: sets of 9 on the flop facing a reraise, what should I do ?

and I don't recall exactly the stats of villain and pokertracker don't seem to "store" them somewhere so I'll just say he was tight-passive

A set on the flop, I joined this table not long ago so I had only a small sample on villain, the reraise might have been air, an OESD of a FD... I decided to go all-in but now that I look at it, I'm not sure that was the optimal play at ALL.
any thoughts ???
