Villain is 26/2/1.4 and has not folded to a 3 bet yet out of 3 times this session. I figure his 3 bet calling range is his entire range for the most part, and I suspect he may have been calling with a small PP despite not having odds for it. Is this hero call or straight spew?

fold to turn bet imo. I dont even know if i would c bet that flop since you dont fold out much hands. 10's + are not going anywhere, even JJ calls one bet I think. That flop hits almost all of his range besides small PP.

Does villain have a tendency to bluff a lot? I probably just give him credit for a Q or 10 on that river and fold unless Ive seen him run some big bluffs. Like u said his 3bet calling range is huge so he could easily have a q or a 10 here.

Calling the turn is fine as you have a flush draw and straight draw and this type of villain will most likely pay u off with any Q and definately a 10, maybe even some other smaller pairs.

I forgot to add that I bluffed villain off a hand the last orbit for like a ~$10 pot, so I also suspected he may be steaming/making a play at me.

Preflop seems standard, and I think cbetting the flop is reasonable. I would check/fold the turn though. At this point you could very well be drawwing dead or slim to a gutshot, and the pots starting to get pretty large. If he's calling this many 3bets he's bound to get himself into trouble soon.

How does he know you bluffed him?

I fold to the river bet.

Yeah after seeing the turn card, I'm more inclined to just get it checked down to the river. A high on a QQTT ... it's not impossible but chances are something on that board hit your opponent's range.
