I agree with Figaroo. Under the current circumstances, this is an instant fold for me. middle pockets don't cut it when people shove their entire stack pre. I would need at least TT+ here to call, pocket pairs only.
Think of it this way, your pot odds
are roughly 2.5:1 against you. ($6.42/$2.5)
He is all-in so you can't win any more behind. The hands you are ahead of here in most situations it is nearly a flip, maybe 60:40 favoring you, but in the hands you are behind, you are WAY behind. 88 vs any higher pocket pair and you are ~ 4.5:1 dog. Because of this, you should fold.
The only times I could see this being a profitable call is if Villain is a known fish or if he has just been going all-in frequently pre-flop
