really this hand doesn't make any sense at all xD. No offense really.

If I can say anything at all is to make you think about your 3bet size.
What exactly do you want to achieve by raising 4 more cents?
You want to raise bigger for many reasons.
Every decision you make must be such that puts you in a favorable spot and your opponent on a difficult spot. With a so small raise you give him great odds to call and see the flop and you miss the opportunity to build a bigger pot for you to win.
That's it about preflop.

Post flop, I don't really understand what's going on xD.

Preflop
Your 3-bet is way to small. This need to be 20c (10BB) at the very minimum, and at 2NL I dont mind an even larger size, because people make so many calling mistakes. You are also a bit deep here.

Flop
Once again your raise is to small. Make it something like 26c rather than just 16c. You are literally begging him to stick around and try to draw out on you. Make him pay to draw, or make him fold.

Turn
Finally you size your raise well. This is perfect.

River
Now the hand is getting really weird, since he lead again, and this time for a more real size. At this point he is probably either bluffing with a missed draw, or he has you beat, so now I am just calling.

Conclusion
hands like AA or KK are strongest preflop and get weaker and weaker, as more cards are dealt, except for the rare times, they improve. This is why, you want to get the money in early. You dont want to slowplay early and then bomb the river, when the situation is such, that now only better hands will call you.

More likely a fish trying to set a low price for drawing and then trying to bluff, when his draw miss. There are a ton of draws on this board, and every single one missed.

Yes indeed, I was thinking about that too, but how is that he dares to bet that river after he got reraised pre and on every street lol. A maniac fish xD.

Maybe you should have given a little more value to the hand in the pre-flop but in this hand what really baffles me is the opponent since for me it makes no sense at all what he did except the fold on the turn

Not a fan of the river overbet. After he leads into you for half pot it's possible he could have some janky two pair or a set that snap calls you. In this case I'm thinking he went for a bluff since your 3bet sizing pre was off and you underrepped your hand, but its something to think about

Someone has already mentioned,
When you 3-bet pre flop to 10cents your giving villian a chance to put into the pot 4 cents to win 23 cents.
This means he only needs about 16% equity to make a profitable call, A hand like 9,6 to put that into context.

I often see this line with a weak pair or draw looking to get a cheap showdown. The sizing on the river makes it look more like a missed draw.

Good for you for raising on every street to charge him (as you should)
My one major piece of advise would be to 3-bet to a larger size preflop (0.18-0.24 will do it) as you want to charge the opponent more to see the flop and start building the pot

3Bet bigger.
I would be reasonable to 3bet such small maybee vs 7BB stack.

In general, it was played well, but I would bet $0.15-0.20 on the preflop
