standard bet size should be 2/3 pot to whole pot. should almost never minraise.... except while you're learning pretty much just dont min-raise. youd be better off checking than min-raising.
Bet .08 to .12 on the flop.
dont slowplay, you will get drawn out on by a better hand.
and then bet big on the turn.
if he still draws out on you then you can chalk it up to bad luck, but if you are allowing him to take such good pot odds
