I'm trying to start up a regular Poker Tournament for some posters on another forum I post on.

Got a few people who are interested.

I'm basically after some advice on what the best site would be to use etc. Help much appreciated.

I would like it to be £20 Buy In each and a sort of Private Sit & Go Tournament where the blinds raise.

I'm not massively into Poker just enjoy playing online now and then so excuse if I'm coming over as a bit simple haha.

Any suggestions?

To me its kind of rude coming to a forum and asking advice for another forum but as far as the best site to play on in my opinion would be full tilt poker. I am not being rude so please don't take it the wrong way.

People come on ours and ask advice about wheres good to drink, where to Park all the time and we're happy to help. If you think it's rude ignore it.

It isn't a poker forum it's a Football forum so majority are clueless about Poker.

Two best sites are either poker stars or Full Tilt for private tournies imo. 1. Full Tilt you can do yourself by e-mail their support team and giving them all the info they need and they'll create a private game (with pwd) for you. See their website for more details.
2. pokerstars gives the ability to players that have earned 2k FPPs or more over the life of their acct, so this (I'm guessing) isn't something you've done. However in the spirit of helping, if you want to use PokerStars, PM me the details of what you'd like set up (date, time, game, etc) and I'll create the game for you.

One other thing, since you're here...if your friends don't have accounts yet at either of the two sites above, maybe you'd be kind enough to pass along our sign-up links to them to use. Everything is the same, but we'll get credit for their sign-up and that goes towards supporting the forum so wonderfully helpful folks like me have a place to go and help out those in need like you. ;) :)

I believe I've sorted it out now but on partypoker, I emailed them like you said.

Thanks for your help though, if anyone has any referral codes or anything like that we can help with PartyPoker post them up :D

Thanks again.
