What exactly are you looking for in the software?

SNG Tools - These basically will analyze your play and tell you when the optimal push or fold situations come in to play and what you should do based upon your stack size, opponent's stack sizes and your cards. These use ICM(Independent Chip Modeling) to determine the best decision of play.
- SNG Wizard
- SNG Power Tools
- Google More...

Like mark said, what is it that you are looking for? There are many different things that you could be looking for as far as programs for SNGs. Narrow it down and I'm sure someone will know of something.

Poker tracker or Hold Em Manager is a must have if your seriously multi-tabling these for tracking results. Both have free trials, 60 days for PT3 (I think) and 15 days for HEM. HEM has one significant advantage over PT3, you don't have to import PS tourney summaries.

SnGWiz is also a must have for studying late game push/fold decisions.

Poker Shortcuts (which is open source but doesn't really have good support), TableNinja (both the paid PS version and the beta FT version), or other AHK scripts (the software forum on 2p2 is a great resource for finding these) are good for automating a lot of the automatic decisions you have. 3x BB betting, all in, folding, etc. These also really help when playing more than a bare minimum of tables.

There are also scripts that help with table placement. Personally I stack mine in the upper left quadrant of my desktop. The script I use also has the ability to move a table I want to watch to another quadrant of my table with a tap of the space bar.

Hope that helps some.
