Hi all, I'm watching Phil Ivey palying on Full Tilt - kinda cool - he's playing on Canfield $200/$400 table of 6 players. He's sitting on $38k in cash right now.

He was on that table around 12:30 PM today and had $44K. Saw him play out this hand...button min raised to $800, Ivey lets his timer run down to 0 and pops it up to $3600, BB folds, Button goes all in for $8400, Ivey insta-calls with 44, button had AKo. Flop is A4x, Ivey with a huge lead. K on the turn for drama. Brick on the river and Ivey scoops it. Button reloaded for another $8K after that hand.

Is it just me, or does it seem surreal to watch these guys winning and losing a year's salary in a few minutes? Just watched for 15 mins and Ivey went from $37k down to $12k and back to $35k. Balls like melons.

Seems pointless. Why go in with your tiny stack against Ivey? bah. I'm sick of readin' crap from obv's begging for money....they should block em out.

$143k

Wow..just checked in on our bud Ivey....lol Sitting there now at $143k Meanwhile I'm on tilt here...after 2 1/2 hours playing in King of canada freeroll over on Paradise, short stacked 7 players off the bubble I get AK. Of course I'm allin...everyone folds except the fool that calls anything all tourney. He show J7 off...I'm thinking cool - now I'm over doubled up with enough chips to clear my way well past the bubble. GGGGGrrrrr.....he nails the 7 and pooooooooooooof....I'm toast! Time for a stiff drink! :musicus:

Yea - it was funny as hell when that guy sat down with $8000 - looked so small compared to the others.

Then I realized I was laughing at somebody for only taking $8000 to a poker table lol. I sit down with $50 or less.....

He's back on! He was sitting next to a 50k stack...which was larger than his, but just left. I'll see how he fares this time. He just reraised a short stack with 4's pre and lost to "the fish's" pocket 7's after a reraise and all in pre. A fish because that's his avatar. ;)

Well, looks like he's done for the night. He ended up about 10k from what i saw him start with in n'limitholdem and about 20k up at limitHORSE. Gold just stepped into his old seat and bought in for what looks to be about 6k for some reason, maybe he lost some before I got there...who knows... if anyone cares...
