I've never played live poker, I have played quite a bit of online poker with real and fake money. I find it hard to actually get any "reads" off people online because people bet differently all the time and sometimes someone might be multitabling so timing isn't always handy.
When I watch live poker it looks way more fun because people socialise and it's actually about psychological play quite a bit, online seems more like playing cards.
I'm only 16 so i can't go to live games until I'm 18 but I might invite some friends over. So my question is, is live poker more psychological (30% cards 70% mental) while online is more playing cards? (60% cards 40% mental). Does that also mean a whole different strategy from the two?
