I also consider how one dresses at the poker table. If you're savvy you'll not dress like the stereotypical "reg" in hoodies and headphones. I immediately mentally note these people as probably reg grinders. Not always the case but definitely think how you dress at the table. And what you bring to the table and do. If you're bringing your homemade healthy dinner in tupperware to eat at the table or if you bring a backpack with tons of snacks I know you're probably a grinder and if you bring a change of clothes and a sleeping bag then I KNOW you're a grinder.
I know I'm better than some of the players in my local card room. I dress like I'm just there for fun or a night out. Some see through it by my play, others assume I'm just a tourist trying my luck.
I tend to , at least for now, want to keep myself "forgotten" at the table until I come out of nowhere making moves. I tend to wear darker solid colored clothes that aren't too tight to reduce detection of of changes to breathing rate or adrenaline rushes causing unintentional shaking or movement. The darker plain colors also I think help keep people's eyes from being drawn to me. I sometimes will wear a hoodie or jacket but only because I'm cold.
