I use the fold button mainly when I'm playing other tables, or throwing zoom and snap

The only autobutton I've ever used was the fold. But usually only when I'm multi tabling.

Yes! Check/fold! Very often! It helps to play many tables!

I try to use only the Fold button and only when I decide not to play a hand anyway (on pre-flop especially, of cause) but sometimes I use the others. Although, I would say using auto buttons is a bad habit and you should not to use them often. It's better to wait till the action is up to you to finally make a decision. When using these button, you can miss some good oppotunities cause you don't know what every single situation in a hand can become. For example, if there're so so many limpers and you are on the BTN, it could be profitably to play any two cards - you can catch three of a kind or some miracle two pair or something. Another example is, you play in a tourney and you are on the button with middle stack, one of the blinds is sitting out, you've got a garbage hand like 72 and decide not to steal with it, but somehow everyone folds to you and another guy on blinds lost Internet connection and became sitting out too, and you have already used the auto-fold button (let's say you play many tables and didn't even notice what happened). Of cause it's better to steal the blinds in this case. I'm pretty sure there is a plenty of other good examples that you can find. Sometimes these button help you (especially when you play many tables) but, as I said, they can hurt you as well. So I would say using these is some kind of a bad habit.

I'm trying to avoid those buttons. I want to give a time to think about every move. To not show opponents your weaknesses I always think few seconds.

I must add when I play small pl games, I like to use sometimes on button position auto raise after his check. It works oftentimes hi folds.

I use these buttons when I know that in this position and with such a hand I will not go to the bank. If I'm in position, then I wait and see the actions of the players before me. Buttons are very convenient to use when playing on multiple tables.

I sometimes use auto-fold with multiple too long thinking people in front of me AND a big raise; as using the buttons give some information on the cards you have and I prefer to provide as little as possible, or provide incorrect information.

Everytime that I need folding a bad hand and I am in two or more tables. Anyway, I don't like this feature (auto buttons).

Of course, if you play lots of tournaments, you need to use this auto-buttons. This will help you a lot and save a bit time for you.

Yes, I do, but it's one of the main reasons why I make stupid calls. This is a true story:

I got K5o and someone raises 2x / 3x and for some reason I decide to limp. By the time I make this decision, there are only a few players left to act before me. I want to automatically call the bet and just when I'm about to check that box, someone raises a lot, the other guys are on check/fold, it instantly goes to me and I hit mistakenly hit call on a stupid bet.

Happens a lot in zoom/snap where players are faster.

I use the auto fold if it's a hand I'm definitely not playing and I will use the call button if my opponent has bet and I'm definitely going to call or I'm setting up for a bluff . I saw ppl talking about online tells and I think this could be 1 of them. I never use the call any button incase some1 shoves or some1 raises and I might want to re-raise .

No-limit holdem nine handed tournaments.

I rarely use them when playing only one tournament.

With two tournaments, I may use them from an early position, when I'm sure to fold. From middle position, I may also use them, provided there are no "sitting out" players to follow. From late position to the BB, never.

More than two tournaments, yes I'm afraid I'm a bit reckless and may use them more often.

The above is a generalized summary and would depend on the actual tournament(s). If the tournament was one that I was particularly keen to do well in, then it would be placed on the bottom left of the monitor and I would be unlikely to use the auto buttons.

Auto-buttons, ahh.

Yes they make life easier and quicker.

But ultimately they are going to affect your win margin just slightly. And has been pointed out, if I find someone using them, they can be used against the player to increase my win/steal margins.
This can often be the difference between a winning and losing session.

Just a 50/50 thing, if you have an obvious fold why waste time? But if you have a solid hand, or mediocre hand with a true decision kill some clock!
