I try to use only the Fold button and only when I decide not to play a hand anyway (on pre-flop especially, of cause) but sometimes I use the others. Although, I would say using auto buttons is a bad habit and you should not to use them often. It's better to wait till the action is up to you to finally make a decision. When using these button, you can miss some good oppotunities cause you don't know what every single situation in a hand can become. For example, if there're so so many limpers and you are on the BTN, it could be profitably to play any two cards - you can catch three of a kind or some miracle two pair or something. Another example is, you play in a tourney and you are on the button with middle stack, one of the blinds is sitting out, you've got a garbage hand like 72 and decide not to steal with it, but somehow everyone folds to you and another guy on blinds lost Internet connection and became sitting out too, and you have already used the auto-fold button (let's say you play many tables and didn't even notice what happened). Of cause it's better to steal the blinds in this case. I'm pretty sure there is a plenty of other good examples that you can find. Sometimes these button help you (especially when you play many tables) but, as I said, they can hurt you as well. So I would say using these is some kind of a bad habit.
