Well, it's on your computer, and the software isn't that sophisticated, could probabally be on any tv concole. Does anyone believe that cable companies would try to intergrate a poker application if it were to reach that level of popularity? It's just buttons and sliders, not hard to emulate if there is a big market especially. Would be just like they are now, you could play or real or play, but they would make a ton imo. Or do you guys think poker will always stay online and B&M?

Mm i think its possible. I mean they have poker on Video game systems where you can play on their online against others. I mean really just a matter of time before they make it so you could play for money on like Xbox live or PS3.

Im sure soon they will have game applications to play on your direct tv, comcast or dish network system too.

I know it's broadcasted on some channels time after time. Like special events. But i also though that there's already a poker channel. Today there's a TV channel for everything basically.

I don't think thats what he was asking. I think he means playing a console (xbox 360, ps3, wii) poker game on the TV in which you can play with real money.

And to answer the question, I believe that someday it will be done. Its a market that hasn't been tapped into yet, but I believe that when someone finds it, it will become a very lucrative market. Also, I can almost guarantee that when(if) it starts up there will be TONS of fish on there. Lots of kids that play video games will get ahold of a parents credit card and just go all-in like they see on TV. What they don't show on TV is the 100 previous hands where their favorite player folded every time.

Me bad. But on the topic i think that it is physically possible to integrate poker to the consoles. But i do not really see the use of it. I mean if you want to play on a big screen ( again dont see the reason for that) then you can just redirect it from the computer to a TV/Projector. But the main thing here is that nowadays if you have Xbox/PS3 in 99% cases you will have a PC. So why bother?

I can't even get my cable company to get my bill correct. Im not sure I trust them to put the correct software in place so nothing is manipulated.
