I've never heard of it before, but I've heard about it a couple of times recently

A four flush or an open ended straight is better than two pair.

I was just wondering if it were real game or if somebody wuz just trying to start a rumour.

After consuming certain levels of inebriants hand rank charts become hard to decipher, specially if you be Canadian, my guess, they be doin the best they can. ;)

Never heard of this before, I think somebody's just yankin yer chain.

Maybe it is a homegame variation that has started to spread, maybe a drinking game?

Either that, or somebody is trying to make a bad joke at canada's expense...

Umm, Im not American, try again. And please, nobody tell him where I am from, I want him to guess.

no... that link won't do...lol. I mean as a poker game like like - deuces wild, jacks or better-trips to win or follow the queen...that sort of thing.

Or maybe people make up stories at live poker tournaments just to mess with your head. I dunno.
I personally never heard about it but I wont be surprised if it does exist because there are many variations of poker out there that are not commercialized and are specific to certain regions.

Canada is on maps?

Yep,I can remember back in the day when the exchange rate was so low that a 6 pack of Labatt's was cheaper than a six pack of Bud in the state of New York.

I'll tell you...the cars were headed south from Canada on the Adirondack Northway so fast that you couldn't catch them even if....oh never mind I'm just joking anyways:D

If it were a 5 card stud game then it would actually make sense that a four flush is better than a pair. I mean think about it.
