Firts of all i should ask if any of you uses any program while playing poker online. If this is tru i want to know which one can you recomend me, specially for tournaments, because that's mostly what i play.

I was no always sure of using a program to play, but i've being hearing that is is a good idea to have one to analyse you're plays and to give you some instant stadistics about odds.

Certanly is much more easy that doing it all mentaly.

¿What do you think?

I haven't personally used it, but Sit N Go Wizard has been well reviewed if you are talking about SnG's. In terms of tournaments, I think HEM has tournament features but I'm not as well versed in MTT programs.

The more you play, the less you want to use these programms.
Does any one agree with the statement above?
Some time I have that thought, but still not sure.

ye SNG wizard is the leader. I think even if your used to the ICM calculations many pros still review their game using SNG wiz.

tournaments

Personally I think you should come up with your own. You know what works for you and you know how you play when you win and when you don't. The key is to be very consistent. Also being to predictable will hurt your game if anyone gets to know how you play. I know this doesnt happen as much online as in real but it can happen. But you should have a core that you don't deviate from good luck
