I thought this was a good idea. I got 4th in the cardschat freeroll on Paradise yesterday. So I played the Paradise blackjack tables to win my entry into the 60K guaranteed tourney. First place was a seat in the main event of the wsop. So I took my 6 bucks ran it up to 35 bucks and entered the tourney. I was very proud of my feat. Then the tourney started and I bombed out. Oh well it was free.

Hi kfelmy - I won 8th and got $1.50 - any suggestions on how to build that up to get into a WSOP entry. Don't think I'd do well with blackjack but I might try it. I used it to build up my chips for play money once. I was thinking maybe the .02/.04 texas holdem, but that may take a while to $35.

Congrats to you on your industriousness (is that a word?)!

It is hard to turn $1.50 into much. I would suggest you enter the Big Buck tournament. It only cost one dollar runs almost every day and you can win up to $300 dollars or more with only one dollar. Good luck.

Minimum bet for blackjack is only 10 cents. It is still better than playing poker. I love playing poker but if a site has blackjack...then I am playing blackjack.

I play blackjack at Interpoker also. The monthly bonus is so much easier to clear by playing blackjack. In two years that I have been playing I have only lost the monthly bonus once. Every month I spend one to two hours playing at intercasino and cashout anywhere from 325-700 dollars every month. I cash it all out except for 27.50 so that I can play the downtime 50K added tourney. No matter how many entries that tourney gets Interpoker adds 50,000 dollars. Last month there were 1651 and I got 14th for 912 dollars.

intertops is the best place for the freeroll player. Many freerolls to be had there. Once you get some money on the site, they have a free 10 dollar bet/spin tourney that only costs a dollar to play. Finish in the top 50 and get that free ten bucks. You can waste it in the casino or sports book. A better place would be to transfer it to your poker account. These tourneys get 130 or so players. So you don't have to finish high to cash. Just the top 50. If you finish in the top 20 then you will get some more money. I got 12 bucks in a freeroll at Intertops and played in 8 free spin/bet tourneys. My account so then my account went up to 92 bucks. Played in some ring games and qualified for their raked hand freerolls. I have cashed out many times at Intertops. 700, 345, 290, 502...all from never risking one dime to do it. Came within three spots from winning a WSOP main event freeroll. Only the winner got anything for that tourney. 12K...10 to enter and 2 for expenses. That would have been nice.

I like playing in freeroll tourneys. I don't need to but I do. I like writing up a story on how I did go from nothing at a site to getting some big cashouts.

Interpoker has a 3,000 dollar freeroll every saturday. I have never won it, but I have done very well. Also when I cash in that tourney then I go straight to the casino with it. I once got 4.25 in the tourney and ran it up to 125 dollars. Then cashed out.

using your money from freerolls for WSOP seats is a great idea. I would recomend the BigBuck tournament on Paradise poker. It costs only $1 and usually upto £300 can be won for 1st

blackjack vs poker

as far as money aquired in freerolls once you have it it has the same value as any other cash. blackjack, online especially, with a 6 deck shoe shuffled after every hand does not offer very good long term odds on your money. If you are good enough to win the initial cash at poker it is probobly a better bet to try and parley it into a bigger win at poker then at blackjack.

you know its funny but people get rich off of freerolls and like you , you use it to get into something else and create bigger bank now not all freerolls are worth it but some are and if you can get into the big's with out spending why not look at the success stories guy who have won millions with zilch its possible also freerolls are a great way to practice you get a chance to see how others play and take notes if you are a regular to a site. chances are you will play the same people over and over again.

Anybody that wins millions starting in freerolls has to be two things and the first and most important thing is that have to be one of the luckiest people on earth. Even a professional is a big longshot to accomplish something like this. But hey a chip and a chair right :) Good Luck
