Hey guys
some of you probably know me. I've been playing poker fairly seriously for about a year with a few breaks here and there, but just can't get the ball rolling. I'm primarily a tournament player, and in tournaments, my BB won stat is trending up at a decent clip, but I cant seem to translate that into big cashes. The variance of tournaments is tough to deal with, so I'm considering switching to cash games, or at least learning to beat cash games. Worst case scenario, learning to beat cash games will significantly improve my deepstacked tournament play *shrug*
I'm a roughly break even player at NL2 on ACR (yes, I know ACR is one of the toughest sites for cash games, I play there because I assume it makes better learning to play a tougher field at a low cost)
I'm hoping to find a somewhat affordable 1 on 1 coach that can take me from break even at NL2 to winning at NL10 or even NL25. I've tried various training sites, and while helpful, I've found that meeting with a coach regularly helps keep me accountable and on track with my learning.
If anyone has any recommendations for coaches I would love to hear some suggestions.
