Heads Up Cash Games

Are heads up cash games a thing of the past? I may be mistaken, but I don't see any options to play heads up cash on either ACR or BetOnline. Am I mistaken, or is this correct?

it is because, rakes are hard to beat on head up cash games.
there is still enough head up cash games, but the game is quck finished by several hands.

I think poker stars still have high stake heads up cash games running.

Thank you. I unfortunately can't play on stars. I will have to adjust to whatever is available on my two sites I can play on. :)
