The frequency in the $100 buy in spin and go to win $1 million is 1 in 1 million.
I assume in the $0.25 buy in it should be less than 1 in 100 million chance.
So it's more probable getting hit by an asteroid than winning the $1 million prize by playing one $0.25 spin and go.

Still they give all players at least a chance, even though its a little bit of a good marketing stuff for getting more money but oh well, everything is that nowdays

It does not matter to me, anyway, in 70 percent of cases you double. Putting 25 cents and winning 1 million seems unrealistic.
