Okay 1st. the laugh part,....the night before last I took a seat at a 25/50 cent 10 seat cash game. With the button near my right, I clicked 'Waiting BB' and made a quick restroom call. When I returned options to call/fold were on my screen. slightly panicked I immediately clicked 'fold' and the game resumed. Chat appeared directed at the player to my right for stalling! I HAD CONTROL OPTIONS OF THE GUY'S HAND NEXT TO ME! I kinda wish I'd of shoved all his chips in and thus if he lost he'd likely take that issue to 'Lock Support' and it would of substantiated my email that I sent them on this issue along with the things I found not so funny - like invisible flop with turn and river showing perfectly on my screen. And several disconnects in hands when I'm in the 'action'. Even with nut pockets! I surely doubt any one can provide anything screwier than one player having control of another's play, but please add any tech issues you've had playing at 'Lock Poker' to this thread. It may have positive results.

Geez, I'm sorta shocked that there is not any replies to this thread. I know for a fact I'm not alone with disgruntled tech issues playing at Lock Poker as we discuss several issues we experience in 'chat' while playing there. Slightly less than 30 mins ago at my starting this only reply to my own thread, this occurred.......In a 10 seat 25/50 cent cash game I was dealt pocket JJ. I raised considerable bet pre-flop and got one caller. Only 2 cards appeared on my screen for flop. My button options were limited and sit in was one of the limited options and the clock sound was running so I pushed 'All In' as I was unaware of what play my caller made and I had the chip lead. Caller won approx $30 and I quickly exited and found the so called 24/7 support was offline and thus exited site to email Lock support. As mentioned in my starting thread that I emailed Lock in the above issue, twice actually, and only got back the thank you for contacting them with the usual okie-doke that my email was sent to other channels. My email with my newest issue gave them hand # time, complaint and phone number with message 'I expect a phone call'. We'll see. I'm hoping these tech problems are a result of perhaps rushing unproven software to retain Lock customers accounts and they'll diligently fix this nonsense, but so far no good. I'll let anyone interested in this issue as it further's on how Lock addresses this. Can only hope Lock Poker is interested as well.

You really need to back up, what you're saying with a screen shot!
There have been other posts like this on other poker sites, but when asked to back it up with a screen shot, they could not do so, since there was no problem to start with.

I have so many, just from one month that it doesn't even seem real. For the first one they gave me a ticket to a tournament. Everyone after that they just ignore me. Support hasn't responded to my emails after 2 weeks, and everytime I chat with support they just tell me that someone will email me.

But here are the latest issues from Lock Poker:

1. I won a hand with trips, someone with a pair of 2's got pushed all the chips and I was knocked out of the tournament.

2. I pushed call with pocket Kings, and it folded my hand

3. I pushed fold with 8/9 to someones all in and it called.

4. I flopped the nuts and the turn showed a blank, then the river didn't show, and the guy bet so I shoved, then the river showed an 8 which was the turn as well and the guy won with a boat cause the board paired.

This is all within the last month.

Like I said they just ignore me now.

I'll fully admit I'm completely NOT computer savvy. Asking me for screen shot is like asking your cat to speak English. But if you think I'm stretching facts I assure you I'm speaking the truth. I'll keep re-sending my last email to Lock Poker support till they call me. I promise to be honest. I hope others post to this thread to validate there's real tech issues that are simply bazaar - and that's being kind! Take it for what you will.

kidkvno1, I do find it humorous that you're of mind to suggest that I'm making this up. At any rate, I've just received my 2nd reply from Lock. Their 1st reply was to inform me that they (she) were forwarding my email to.......I discovered their 2nd reply when I went to email them for a brand new issue that happened today. Their 2nd reply was to give me instructions on how to provide them with more on these issues. Perhaps these tasks are simple for you, but for me they are not. I am an old handicapped man, who lives alone. So when I get a visit from some one who IS computer savvy. (this may be some far off time in the future) and screen shots are still available, I will post them for others. I'll also post the emails when I learn how. My 're' to Lock Poker most recently was me telling them (her) that I was being asked to do their work and see this as being 'okie-doked' and for them to please continue as I informed them my intentions to share this with all threads i can find at every online poker community. If providing Lock with hand number's and time is not enough info for their support team or their software providers to track down, then Lock is surely headed for future trouble. So even though you call me a liar, I'll get you the screenshot when 1. I learn how or are shown and 2. that screenshots are still available at that time, Peace.

How to get a screen shot.
Key Insert/print screen, open up paint and hit Ctrl + Paste, Save as JPG.
Paste is the V key.

I just want to see it with my own eyes. :)

Well I've come to an even better idea, As the min deposit is only $30 and you know how to do these things, it would take very little for you to see for yourself 1st hand. That way I'd have you here to substantiate some of the things I'm saying. Here's a new issue you might find amusing that happened just minutes ago...I left table and in the lobby my table stack hadn't been yet added to my account, so i then exited site and logged back in and was taken to the same seat of the table I left. I was at least happy that it showed I was sitting out. So I stayed sitting till my seat was taken for sitting out too long. My stack appeared added to my account. Its a shame these issues exist as I've built a $30 deposit to what is now $270 even counting the losses I suffered from these continuing glitches. I believe Lock Poker perhaps rushed to get the site operating before losing customers. But if these issues continue then Lock Poker is surely headed for doom. I'd really appreciate you really seeing for yourself and add your experience to this thread. After all, it'd only cost you $30.

chipstacker, I'm certain you are speaking the truth to the best your memory allows. Not only do i find a brand new issue everyday, there's several issues at every table I join. Thank you for your feedback.

There are a lot of members on here who play on lock, but have not posted any problems like this.
When was the last time you did a virus scan on your computer??

If you remember your password and log-in name, uninstall lock and try re-installing it.

chipstacker is one who plays at Lock. I have McAfee and I have ran full scan inside of this week. And as far as 'others who play at Lock', conversations in chat while playing are often along the lines, "what happened?? I didn't fold!". I've had an account at Lock when Lock was part of Merge and when Lock moved to the 'Cake' network becoming revolution gaming, Lock was my primary site. Glitches occur at even the best of online poker sites, my experiences with pokerstars. UltimateBet. SportsInteraction, intertops and even Lock, were when I reported any tech issue it was diligently addressed, usually even before leaving 'live chat' support. When I started this thread it was with intentions that Lock Poker would take notice and diligently fix things. Now I realize I was just being naive and that Lock could give two shits. After all Lock is a living ghost site and will soon be dead.

Well oddly enough I played a couple hours today at Lock and had no tech issues! Perhaps Lock's support team is diligently ironing these things out. I really do hope that is the case, though a couple hours is too small a sample size to make me feel confident. I'm not one who feels good being disgruntled. I hope Lock becomes a good example of online poker credibility. Any poker sites that fail only do harm to US players getting back the freedom that was lost with the UIGEA. While there's a couple models of how to conduct online poker business the right way, (mainly Pokerstars) we in the US have to take the 'trial by error' path. If Lock Poker shows good intentions, I'll relate the good with the bad.

I have not played on the new lock much, but it is believable to me. This happened to me about a year ago on another popular site, which i wont name. It was quite shocking, and also happened to a few other friends who were in same tournament that week. The site had had a glitch in some new software, and they did give us 15 dollars and some tournament tics for the error. GL with Lock and hope they respond to the issues, seems they have lots of issues to deal with still .

If you think these things are bad, just wait until you try and withdraw your money from the site. I expect that we will see another thread from you complaining about waiting 3-5 months for your payout.

Just to keep you guys updated. After waiting two weeks, the same guy that I spoke with through Chat, who told me he doesn't handle these things and would forward the issue to management, just emailed me and said that the hand number I gave him is not on my account.

I copied and pasted it right from their software. Looked at on the software, then looked at it in my email then closed their software.

Apparently someone from CardsChat saw our posts and is trying to help us, because before I posted this I hadn't gotten a response in weeks.

Thanks Guys, I really appreciate the help.

Keep me posted on what they tell you guys, also if you have any advice on how to handle his response.

Thanks kidkvno1, now we know how to take a screen shot, would have been good to know that that is the standard for when problems happen, cause looks like they will come up with any excuse possible. Only way to take it back to them after that response is to have a screen shot.

Thanks to all who have responded to this thread, even though I've responded the most. Cardschat coming to your rescue is really-really cool, chipstacker. As I hinted at, I really hope Lock becomes a success in the long run as that would mean they've taken the path of treating their customers right. At this point they're still very much on the bad side with me. I won't be too stubborn to change my mind if I see improvements on their product and payouts. Sure seems it would be just plain stupid to not repair the kind of money- making machine it would have to be by simply doing good business. Its no fun being angry. Again, thanks all. Peace.

As I said I would relate how Lock responded to my grievances whether bad or good, I'll start with I played the most part of today and tonight at Lock Poker and pretty much today's whole experience was close to trouble free. Only one oddity. This happened while being moved to another table due to players being eliminated, only I was taken to a table and not given a seat. Thus i exited site and logged back in to be given my seat. A very minor issue as things like this happen at all sites from time to time. So it appears Lock is at work to solve these tech issues. Also I did receive an email with them saying they noticed "A" disconnect but no funds of mine were lost. But, I've had several disconnects and funds from my account were lost. While I'm not completely satisfied with Lock's responding, I do see a very dramatic change for the better and playing poker today was a much happier experience. If the staff here at cardschat had anything to do with this, thank you so kindly!

Guess I have to take back some of the good things I said about Lock as this new day (xmas) is back to normal, and normal for Lock 2.0 is not good. More than one or two times today, waiting my turn for buttons to show to play my hand, options to do so never appeared on my screen but what did was 'sitting out' and the 'waiting BB'. While only once this happened in my blinds, it was SB and only cost $0.25. Still these things take away from what could be pleasure that I'm seeking playing poker. It appears that Lock is trying to fix these matters but that leaves me to wait playing there till they do. It isn't easy to play cheerfully when things keep happening to piss you off. Poker Godspeed, Lock. Until then, adios!

The only reason I continue to play at Lock is I have funds in my account there. And with that I strongly advise any people thinking about depositing or opening an account there to not do so. And that's totally aside from all those who are disgruntled with being unable to withdraw from their accounts. Lock Poker will go down in support of the UIGEA.

That's the bigger problem than the bugs, withdrawing you cash from lock can be even a bigger PITA.

I have had too many issues to name. Best one to mention is while in a tourney, I called a raise and the chips were taken from the players stack to my left. I ended up all in and in the history you could see that I had won too much and he was left down those chips. Lock didn't even think it was worth responding to that email, like to dozens I have sent with screenshots of glitches.

It's kinda of crazy what they get away with. The only way to really get back at them is to win thousands of dollars and cash out and not play again til they pay. I just won a ticket to their biggest tournament on Sunday, hopefully I win that one and make enough to make up for all the issues that I haven't been compensated for.

I'll admit that I don't play at Lock very much but I do sometimes and have a few others that do also. None of us have any problems there. Also I thought cashouts were better now that Lock left the Revolution network.

McAfee sucks, get Avast or AVG in my opinion. Further more if you have the install disk for your computer I would save any important info and do that to truly clean the computer. It really does sound like a virus or some other malware.

There are programs out there (some are free) that can record your screen as a movie in real time. I would try that and upload it to youtube if this is a common occurrence so it can be seen as live.
