Pokerstars mobile app lagging

Is just for me, or the last 3 days i can't play PS on my phone, due to extreme lag? I see my cards but it hangs a lot, and I can't finish the play.

Been having the same issue. Always start off testing with a $1 SNG and works fine, once I move up to regular stakes it stalls/lags... sigh...that one hand with AK and should have won with best hand Ace high flush...

Frustrated with support’s lack of help, so I took a break from PS for a week. After they tried to re-entice me with a few free tickets I gave it another go. But guess what happened afterwards...done with PS.


FWIW, you can/should send your data to their tech team for review, perhaps your issues are different from mine.

I also had such issues, but after updating my software, everything works as it should. Try reinstalling your software. This may help resolve the issue.

I’m a rec player /fish so I was taking about their iOS App. Downloaded desktop client a few days ago...connection is even worse... probably due to being physically in China at the moment, but don’t want to risk using VPN and getting restricted / getting hassled by security team.

Everything pokerstars has been lagging for me for the past month or two. Not hugely so, but enough that I've noticed the change.

I recently playing poker on the phone and it often does not work properly! I see cards and can not make a move.....

And in general PS needs to improve the mobile application, or it is not convenient to play.

Still having some lag, on pc i play perfectly, but the mobile sucks. Tried reinstalation, wipe cache, etc, but it's lagging every time.

I find my mobile app is lagging since the last update. I too tried reinstalling but that didn't improve. Maybe it's a bug that they will work out I hope

for me its no lagging, but bad that home game not available

You’re probably right, but that’s why I always do “test” games with low buy-ins and after making sure connection is stable, then go play reg stakes. Just super frustrating when the payout is 50-100+ and you’re chipleader but lag until blinded out...

I agree with you. This is the right decision and it is better not to risk it. Violation of the rules can lead to serious consequences.
