Nice. I'm going to end up crippling my BR playing in these promotional tourneys since I seem to think BRM no longer applies for them lol. Going to have to get some really good volume in HU in the 3 weeks before it so I'm semi rolled.

Curious. Did you look at the schedule? They're all 'micros'. There's only six $11 buyins & biggest is the MnEv $22. I tried adding up total of games I'd even be awake for (54 tourneys) (in my time zone) & total was only ~$300 if I were to play in all of them (counting in 4bi's for rb's just for a really rough guesstimate).

Sick. Wonder if we're going to see a short stack fold KK pre on the final table like we did last time?

Yes I did, I lost a decent chunk of my roll playing 6-max hypers as well as using like ~$600 of it to buy a laptop I don't even have $300 in my account atm so playing $11 and $22 BIs is ridiculously bad BRM.

Yes I did,........so playing $11 and $22 BIs is ridiculously bad BRM.
$22 makes up ~1% of the schedule & $11 makes up for ~5% of the schedule. Seemed to me like they were pretty much all 'micros' (as the title of series suggests). If you're playing MTT's, do they even have any/many that are cheaper?

Do they have a leaderboard for this series? (prizes?)

I generally play roughly ABI of $2 and the average BI seems to be around $5 for these so that's significantly higher than normal especially when I'll probs wind up playing like 30 or so events. It's more low stakes than micros so yes they have a lot that are cheaper.

You could try sattying in. I remember last time there were a bunch of fpp satellites going for good prices. The 6-man hyper turbo's should be good for you considering the games you usually play.

Sattying always feels pointless because it's basically like deciding if I win a SnG I'll play and if I don't I wont play. Also I'd probably have a higher ev plying normal 6-max since you start with 25bb not 10bb so I don't think I'll bother sattying. Also on top of that I don't think I ever want to play 6-max hypers again lol.

MicroMillions II

Its back :D and running from July 12th to July 23rd. I didn't get to play barely any of it last time, but looking forward to playing some tournaments again.
The Main event is on 22nd July with the buy in at a massive $22.

I am planning to play around 24 events (thats what ive got written down, but whether that happens remains to be seen.) Best of luck to anyone playing, ill probably post a fair few updates in here. Best of luck to all :D

Yes it was very gutting ;) I actually was 3rd in chips also utg with AspadesKspades, opened to about 2.2x had CO flat call he was 1st in chips he held QQ and sb jams allin, I tanked and iso over jam allin myself not worrying about the CO flat. he snap calls QQ. flo pAKJturnQriver8. I got one outtered on turn as sb jamed Q10 suited. Was sick was awhile ago and I still remember every street and stack size haha.

But I was on vacation in Montreal that weekend and went to the Habs game shortly afterwards and had a blast so kinda eased the pain off a bit :)

Be interesting to see if I can sustain my -30% ROI for the duration of the series.
