Party Poker Gone for Play Money

I just learned that party poker has discontinued all United States "play money" players. What suggestions do you have for a new play money site ... and what about those "subscription" sites where you pay a monthly fee to play there, but also have the opportunity to earn cash rewards? Thanks.
