FT $1000 Freeroll

OK, you have to play a ginornmous donkfest where 250 people make it in to a $1000 Ginormous donkfest.

It took me three hours to get my seat in todays $1000 game, so, the question is "Is it worth it"?

Another three hours and I might win somewhere between $2-$100, wish me luck.

haha perfect way to describe it! i have made my way to the giant donkfest before.... you got from playing a 10,000 person donkfest where 250 will go up to the 30,000 man donkfest! and to answer your question...... unless your just playing for fun.... no not at all lol you'd be better off getting a paper route then playing those games lol

Lol "You better off getting a paper route" Yeah they are fun if you have alot of time to waste. I have made it to the donkfest and got sucked out on. But its all a promotional deal which took alot of my time. I dont play them anymore just because that is seriously the hardest way to create a bankroll on your pkr account. I like to play the Super turbo that starts you out with 300 chips and it pays 1dollar 1-200 place. So you can freerole into the daily dollar which if you win that 1600 bucks. Not bad!

They dont call them donk fests for nothing. Every once in a while when u play like one you get a few of those donk suckouts and hit the money ... lol

A few times the main event ($1000) was a turbo and that cut down on the tedium of playing forever just to make ITM.

I dont mind wasting time on these while I have other serious tables open. Most people multi table so why not add one of these to your session and take a chance for free.

i made it yesterday for this sundays one! anyone else playing?? lol,mabe CC can take it down....

what ive found out is in the first round if you get to about 30,00 chips you can just stop playing and you still make it. it saves some time, as for round 2, it takes forever, i came in 109th once, it sucked, 4 hours to finish 19 spots from the money, but it was still fun.

made it once and realised i could play for hours and hours and hour and still win nothing. The odds are stacked so heavily against anyone to do well in this. just another ploy by FT to get people to deposit money
