ENTIRE BALANCE Disappeared from ACR Today - No 24/7

ENTIRE BALANCE DISSAPEARED from ARC TODAY INFRONT OF MY EYES
I want to first say I love ACR, I deposit twice a week sometimes a lot more often and play EVERYDAY. I have never had an issue until now, to say 24/7 support I guess should be removed from the site. It’s been over 10 hours and not even an automated response, disappointed to say the least. Here is the major problem that happened. I Deposited $60 USD in Bitcoin, the balance was in my account after transaction was confirmed on Blockchain. I saw the balance in my ACR under "My account" tab. I opened the casino game touchdown frenzy and deposited the entire balance, when the small "deposit/withdraw" window disappeared my balance on the game was zero. I closed the tab and went back to the ARC app my balance was now zero. My whole deposit disappeared to ZERO WHERE IS IT! No way to the 24/7 contact customer service to tell them about the issue. I’m sure they will resolve but WTF!

ACR has been having issues today with their Cashier. Email support and they will help you out. Unfortunately all of support is working from home and live chat is not available or so I have been told.

You understand my Sunday afternoon frustration? I wanted to play not have my funds tied up, such a simple fix but cant get ahold of the 24/7 support.

If it doesn't show up, there is an ACR support thread here in the forum. I have no idea how effective it is, but maybe worth a look.

I couldn’t find a ACR Rep if my life depended on it. Sunday, There are some insane amounts of high $$ Tournaments, every Sunday. If you’re going to claim 24/7 around the clock help via agent, Sunday would be the day to staff it. It’s been 24 hours so far, all day Sunday and going into Monday and no response? I was able to talk to a agent for 3 mins I bet this could have been fixed.

How would you feel, if at 7AM you wanted to play some games? It is Sunday, and a day to gift yourself from your hard, weekday labors, right? You deposit 60$, via bitcoin and it receives confirmations beyond 15. You check the ACR client and the balance reflects correctly. Decide to spin a couple slots before entering into a tournament. I chose football frenzy, within the casino, the window pops up like always to deposit into the game. I click OK the window closes which is what happens. Only to look at the ZERO balance on the slot you just dumped into. I thought it was a mistake went back to the client ZERO balance all lost! Still very calm as I’ve been playing here for years, and have never, even seen such a thing. Remembering help is ALWAYS AVAIL 24/7, I’ve emailed, submitted a request, called their worthless phone number, which just disconnects you. It’s been about 20 hours and not even a word to resolve, or acknowledge there has been a problem. I expected more from my favorite poker client, “deposit all the time” I have backed them for YEARS defending their integrity to others, and here I am.

FIXED ACCOUNT BALANCE CREDITED THANKS ACR!

Took a little while, I think the problem was within the old casino software updating over to the new casino. ACR took care of me, just want to let everyone know your money is safe with them.

his thread is over a month old, but I have to post 11 more times before i can do anything on here. ACR has been holding my money for 56 days now.
