They should at least get back to you within 24 hours from you writing them to let you know they received your message and they are working on it for you.
Depending on what type of technical difficulty it could take more than three days to sort out in extreme cases. In most cases a day or two should be more than sufficient.

nowadays you can wait forever, depending the site. pokerstars is now the worst but before they were very good. 888 is also very slow. from small rooms i usually get responses fast. all in all you can fairly say that customer service got worse overall significantly over the last years.
Be patient if have issues normally poker sites they will get back to you eventually different issues take different amounts of time.
Have waited up to 3 weeks in the past for responses from the busier sites especially during the lock downs earlier in the year when millions of players where online each day in the busy rooms.
