Day 1A of the $5,300 MTT got underway on February 21 with more than 590 players taking to the virtual felt.

A second starting flight is due to take place on February 28 and Partypoker is giving the most deserving person a free ticket.

Share Your Poker Story

To win, you need to submit a short video to Partypoker Ambassador Kristen Bicknell and say why you deserve to play.

The competition is open to anyone with a account (and in a country where Millions Online is running) and entry closes at 23:00 GMT on February 23.

How to Convince Bicknell You Deserve a Free Seat

  • Reply to the above tweet before 23:00 GMT on February 23.
  • Your tweet should be a video of no more than 60 seconds.
  • You should explain your poker story and why you should get the ticket.
  • Tag @partypoker in your tweet.
  • The winner gets a $5,300 ticket for Day 1B of the Millions Online main event.
  • There is no cash alternative and Partypoker’s decision is final.

How you convince Bicknell is up to you. However, there are already some strong submissions.

Andy Wool, the man who recently found himself at loggerheads with GGPoker, has thrown his hat into the ring. As a testament to his character, Wool said he’d give anything he won to charity.

With the Millions Online main event guarantee set at $5 million, that means a six-figure sum could be heading for a good cause.

Offering to give away the prize money isn’t mandatory. Bicknell and Partypoker will choose a worthy winner based on the best poker story.

Partypoker Millions Online Back Again

Partypoker’s latest Millions Online got underway on February 13. The series as a whole features 28 tournaments with buy-ins ranging from $1,000 to $100,000.

The main event is the star attraction, despite having a lower guarantee than in previous years.

Partypoker set a new standard in 2018 when the Millions Online main event’s prizepool hit $21.1 million. That made it the largest online tournament in history.

It followed that with another $20 million guarantee in 2019 before scaling back to $5 million.

GGPoker broke the record last year after the 2020 WSOP Main Event generated a prizepool worth $27.5 million.

The 2021 Millions Online main event won’t be challenging that record this time around. However, Partypoker is still aiming to get as many players into the mix as possible.

Satellites starting at $0.01 are underway and the person who submits the best video will get to play the tournament for free.
