i'd jam in this spot because qq is such a strong hand.

if they have kk or aa, oh well. just a cooler and we still have 12 bbs behind. however, they could be 3bet/folding a lot this close to the bubble. they could be 3betting hands like suited connectors or mid-high pairs like 99-1010; hands that could potentially get other hands to fold pre against 3bet, but also can potentially hit flops fairly well if they're called. they leave 10 bb behind to fold to a 4bet and still have enough to make it into the money.

I'd jam because it's a very strong hand, no doubt. And QQ is almost always a win for me.

I would jam too they could have a smaller pair wanting to get it in with you. Or even
AK suited or off suit. If you jam how does he let go with 40% of his chips already in the pot? I don't think old has any equity here. Even if he has only 40 % equity against
your hand.
