Well the payouts are bigger if you win but they are naturally harder to beat. Bigger tournaments equal bigger buy-ins so if you lose more.

It takes time and statistics to figure out what's best for you. This question is very individual. Tournaments should be chosen for yourself based on your bankroll and style of play.

If you are a more advanced-minded player, it is better from the point of view that the decisions are often more "logical" and, for example, a bluff can be built better. It is true that the opponents are also stronger.
